tue, of a certain order of sale issued
ouit of the Honorable District Court
of Mills County, on the 1st day of
Juno., 1916, by C. D. Lane., Clerk of
said District Court, for Bum of
twelve hundred and liinty seven and
6 one-hundredths dollars, with interest
thereon at the rate of 10 per cent
per annum, from May 1, 1916, ar-d costs
of suit, under a decreb of the Dis-
trict Cour|t, in- favor of J. W. Smith,
in a certain caiuie in said Court, No.
lb00, and styled J. W, Smith vs,
Mary E, Smith, et al, placed in my
hands for service, I, J. H, Burnett
as sheriff of Mills County, Texais,
did on the 1st,, day of June, 1916,

Section No. two, (2), Certificate No,
832; Texas and. New Orleans Rail-

Carson on the second day of Neve'in-
ter, A. D, 1895, Also the siouth
one-fourth (1-4) of the North-East
ore-fourth, (1-4), of said section No,
2, formerly awarded and sold by the
State to A. Canson, said two tracts
aggregating 200 acres of said section
of land as said purchase money le-in
existed on, the 27th day of March, A.
D. 1914, and as same existed on sa'd
second day of May, A, D. 1916, the
day of said foreclosure', and levied
upon as the property of Mary E.
Smith et al, and that on the first
Tuesday in July, 1916, the same be-
ing the 4tlh day of said month, 'at the
Court House door of Mills County,
in the town of Goldthwaite, Texas,
between the hours of 10 .a. m, and
4 p. m, by virtue of &aM levy and
said order of sale, I will sell said
above described real estate 'at public
vendue, for cash, to the highest bidder
as thi? property of said Mary E.
