GENERAL SERVICE ADMINISTRATION AND THE POST
OFFICE DEPARTMENT will conduct a study of offered and un-
offered sites in Fairfield, Texas, during the period January
ti-7, l!*H4. for the purpose of selecting a suitable site for a new
Post Office and Federal Office Building. Representatives can be
contacted on these dates through the Postmaster, U. S. Post Office,
Fairfield, Texas.
A tract of land approximately 172 feet wide by 1 DO feet deep will
be required. Tracts offered for consideration should be located
within two blocks of the County Courthouse.
The site will be acquired by purchase or donation Owners of
land lying within the delineated area smaller than the size speci-
fied. but to which adjoining parcels may lie added, may also
submit offers. All offers must be in writing. Offers made by agents
should be accompanied by documentary evidence of authority to
act for owners.
Owners or agents desiring to submit sites for consideration should
sumbit site data to the following address.
