of Criminal Appeals in a decision

ruling of far reaching importance
in local option mailers. The

appeal from Hays county, who
was ordered discharged. In Ibis
opinion the court bolds uncon
stitntional the acti of the last
legislature prohibiting the .so-
liciting of orders for intoxicants
in local option territory, because
they are violative of tbe conatitu
tion authorising the legislature
to pass laws prohibiting tbe

violation of tbe interstate com

Free From Colds.
People who can keep strong
and well throughout th9 year
very seldom have aDy serious
trouble from colds.
Those who are constantly tak-
ing cold are persons who are
weak and run down and have not
the vigor to resist even a slight
exposure, which would have no
eflect upon one who was strong
and well.
By building up the system
with Hood’s Sarsaparilla, which
gives a good appetite, makes the
blood rich and pure and invig
orates every function of the body
colds may be avoided. This
great medicine expels all disease
germs and impurities from the
blood, thus protecting the sys-
tem from serious diseases as
well as from lesser ailments.
