Five Neoroe* Are Killed.
Pensacola. Fla.—Five persons were
klled and one other seriously injured
here Tuesday when an N-C type sea-
plane from the naval air station side
slipped to the water along a bathing
beach, one wing of the plane sweep-
ing the beach front. All the dead am
negroes. The flyer was uninjured.
He has been placed under arrest by
the naval authorities and the civil
authorities are Investigating the acci-
dent. ’ The plane was in charge of

County will be held at Wor-
tham, March 25 and 26. All
schools in the County, are
urged to have representatives

to write the Director General
at once stating what events
their schools will enter.
On Friday afternoon at 4
o’clock contests will be held in
tennis singles and doubles,
both boys and girls.
Contests in declamation and
debate will begin at 7:30 Fri-
day evening.
The spelling will be held at
9 a. m. Saturday. 1
All track and field events
will take place immediately
after noon.
Independently of the Inter-
scholastic League the Wor-
tham school invites all Senior
Girls’ Basketball teams, and
all Junior Boys’ teams to con-
test for the championship. We
will also have a second boys’
team to play any team that
wants a game
Contestants who come Fri-
day afternoon and evening
will be provided for, and
luncheon will be served Sat-
urday to all contestants.
Teachers will please see that
all the schools get this infor-
mation about the Meet as I do
not have a list of the schools
that are members of the In-
terscholastic League, hence
have no way of reaching the
schools except through the
press of the County.

to summon Mary Bailey, by
making publication of this ci-
tation once in each week for
four successive weeks previous

dicial District; but if there be

County, to be holden at the
Court House thereof, in Fair-

T. R. Bailey is Plaintiff and
Mary Bailey is Defendant, and
said petition alleging:
Plaintiff represents to the
Court, that he is and has been,
for a period of twelve months
prior to exhibiting the petition
herein an actual bonafide in-
habitant of the State of Texas,
and has resided in the said
County of Freestone at least
six months next preceding the
filing of this suit; that on or
about the 4th day of April, A.
D. 1916, in Freestone County,
Texas, Plaintiff was lawfully
married to defendant, and that
plaintiff and defendant con-
tinued to live together as hus-
band and wife until on or
about the 15th day of May, A.
D. 1920, when by reason of the
cruel and harsh treatment,
and improper conduct of de-
fendant towards plaintiff, he
was forced and compelled to
permanently abandon her since
which time they have not lived
together as husband and wife,
that at various times defend-
ant cursed and abused plain-
tiff and told plaintiff that she
cared nothing for him, and that
she was going to take a gun
and blow his head off.
And that for some time
prior to tlieir separation plain-
tiff lived in fear for his life,
beleiving that defendant would
interested in the estate of Fred
Fisrher, Deceased, Clifford P.
Fis:her, has filed in the Coun-"
ty Court of Freestone County,
on the 28rd day of February,
A. D. 1921, an application for
the probate of the last will and
testament of said Fred Fisch-
er, deceased, and for letters
testamentary (the said1*will ac-
companying said application),
which will be heard and acted
upon at the next regular term
of said Court, commencing on
the Third Monday in March,
A. D. 1921, the same being
the 21st day of March, A. D.
1921, at the Courthouse there-
of, in the city of Fairfield, at
which time and place all per-
sons interested in said estate
may appear and contest such
application should they desire
to do so.
