Eubank, County Treasurer of Freestone \ Commissioners Court Freestone
County, Texas, and the affidavits of * the f
Commissioners of said county. / County, Tex., Aug:., term, 1905.

We, the undersigned, Commissioners pf Freestone county, Tex-
as*, and J. Rob8 Bell, County Judge of said Freestone county, con-
stituting the Commissioners’ Court of said County, and each, one
of us, do hereby certify, upon oiir oaths, that on this, the 16th
day of August 1905, at a regular term of our said C6urt, we have
compared and examined the quarterly report of Lee Eubank,
Trea&urar r.r n county; Texas, for the quarter beginning
on the 1st day of May 1905, and ending on the 1st day of August
1905, and upon finding same correct have caused an order to be en-
tered upon the minutes of the Commissioners’ Court, of Freestone
county, stating the approval of said Treasurer’s Report by said
Court, which said order recites separately, the amount received
and paid out of each fund by said County Treasurer since his last
report tQ thi$ Court, and during the time covered by this report,
and the balance remaining in each fund on the said 1st day of
Aug. 1905, and have ordered the proper credits to be made in the
accounts of the said Treasurer, in accordance with said order as
required by Article 867, Chapter I, Title .XXV, of the Revised
Statutes of Texas, as amended by an act of the Twenty-Fifth Leg-,
islature of Texas at its regular session.
And-we, and each of us, further certify, upon our oaths, that
we have actually and fully inspected and counted the amount of
money, in cash and other assets, in the hands of said Treasurer,
belonging to Freestone County, on this day aqd date and fou.;d
the same to be as follows, to-wit: '
