EASTERN STAR NOTICE
A regular meeting of the Eastern
Star order was held Monday evening.
Regular meetings are held each third
Monday evening in the month. All
members are urged to attend eueh
meeting and a cordial invitation is ex-
tended to all members of the order
living in Crystal City but whose mem-
bership is elsewhere. A reception Is
In-ing Fanned for the near future and
there probably will lie a reception once
per month. A good time is planned
and visitors from other chapters will
find u hearty welcome.

Mrs. Lineman of Kansas City, who
is here developing her 280-itere farm
northwest of town, has just complet-
red several tenant houses, has her
land ready for the plow, her well in
readiness and the high line to furnish
electric power to her farm is now com-
pleted. Mrs. Lineman expects to
make Crystal City her home at a later
date.
