object to that and ask that the jury be instructed
to disregard it. Counsel is outside the record.
MR. TONAHILL: Counsel is not outside the record.
That was testified to by Dr. Guttmacher and Dr.
Bromberg.
MR. ALEXANDER: Not what you said.
IM. TONAHILL: Head injuries, where he was knocked
in the head by somebody. He had several head in-
juries. He had at least three unconscious periods.
THE COURT: Let.'s stay in the record, counsel.
MR. TONAHILL: Yes, sir.
Serious head injuries, calculated to produce
brain injury.
MR. ALEXANDER: Now that we're going to object to,
Your Honor. There's no testimony about that.

MR. TONAHILL: The doctor testified that this man
had several head injured, that produced dizzy
spells and he came to a day or so later on one of
them.
