6 here, the assassination'of President Kennedy by

10 Do you know what kind of testimony they would
11 have you supply the malice with? That's one thing
12 I want to call your attention to about peace offi-
13 cers. There are peace officers and there are peace
14 officers. But you will find that the youngsters
15 are the ones that will supply the District Attorney
16 -so-called res gestae evidence. You don't find that
17 in men like Graves. You didn't get any of that
18 res gestae testimony from Graves, and he was right
19 on top of him. He was the closest man to him. He
20 wasn't as close as Ike Pappas, who had that mike
21 that could pick up Henry Wade's voice from way up
22 there, and had it right up in front of him when he
23 went by. And Ike didn't pick up anything.
