that with .1 sincerit. becaus it couldn't have
happened, except coincidentally as it did. And
there was no conspiracy, and'nobody tipped him off.
He was just going down .there. But I say that be-
fore they can produce a case of malicious murder,
they've got to produce that somebody tipped Jack
Ruby off. And that's what a conspiracy is. And
if you find Jack Ruby guilty of murder, you are
disregarding the finest medical. science that a
jury has ever had the privilege to listen to. And
you're saying that there was a conspiracy between
Jack Ruby and the police of Dallas, if you find
him guilty of murder with malice. Because he
couldn't have had any malice without help, and he
didn't have any help. There wasn't any help. If
there had been ;any help -in the police department
with Jack Ruby, the F.B.I. would have told the
world about it. They would have found it .out.
MR. ALEXANDER: We object to that about the F.B.I.
telling anybody anything, Your Honor. And we ask
that the jury be instructed to disregard it.
THE COURT: Sustain the objection to it.
MR. TONAHILL: Judge, let's just use a little
common sense. It doesn't hurt every now and then
in a law suit. Don't you agree with me?
