that you feel at home in our

warm welcome. You are cor-
dially Invited to worship again
with us.
Methodist News
Our Sunday School Enlarge-
ment Campaign progressing
very nicely. Since the beginning
of this drive, our attendance has
increased gradually each month.
This fact can be readily seen in
the following figures: Averages
for the three months past are
as follows: January 139, Febru-
ary 148, and March 167. Let’s
keep on keeping on for the Lord
and for His sake build our Sun-
day School to at least a 200 aver-
age. We are not working just
for numbers sake but for the
Winning of lost souls. Few will
be won unless we get them into
our church services. It is true
that a person can find God any-
where, but the most likely place
to find Him is in God's House.
Our slogan for this month is
"March to Church In March.”
Will you join the parade of hap-
py souls as they turn their faces
toward the First Baptist Church
next Sunday morning?
M. Y. F.—Sub-district meet-
ing was held here Monday'
night. Rev. Mouzon Bass of
Lufkin, our revival minster,
brought the special “Youth
Night” message. There were 42
young people present. *
Have you mlsseo any of the
services bethg held this week?
You are losing a wonderful
blessing, 4f you have, pome each
morning at 10:00. Hear the word
of God brought intp our church
by this excellent minister. Then
you will return each evening at
7:30 o’clock for another message.
Bring your troubles, your sor-
rows, your deep concern for
that lost person on your heart.
44 takes such Bute effort to
come into God’s House, and you
get such wonderful returns for
that effort. On Monday night, in
spite of the spring downpour,
our church was full. Surely God
must be there, else why so many
up-lifted hearts? Come and see
for yourself, find Him anew.

Good services were enjoyed
throughout the day with many
visitors being present. A nice
free-will love offering was given
to our building fund which
amounted to something over
$800. Our thanks is given to all
who had a part in this offering.
Twenty-tWo boys and girls at-
tended our "Youth and Pastor’s
Conference” Sunday night fol-
lowing our regular services. An
organization of our youth was
perfected which will meet regu-
largly. Don Emmons was elected
president; Billy Ray Vestal, vice-
president, and Emma Chancel-
lor, secretary - treasurer. We
hope to have a “Youth Day” at
our church soon.
The pastor will be away in a
revival meeting next week with
the Farley Street Baptist
Church In Waxahachie. The
