Welder Elementary School Science Fair Winners - 2005
Kindergarten winners left to right, Alexis Brown, first, Rylee
Kay, second and Alexis Garcia and Francheska Longoria, tied
for third. Alexis was also third in physical science division at
the Coastal Bend Science Fair- at Texas A&M-CC last weekend.

The 28th annual South Texas Upward Bound Bowl was held
Saturday April 16 with 443 participants taking part at Coastal Bend
College in, Beeville. \ ^-

third place math level !;• Andrew Ramos sixth place math level II;
Isaia Villasana, second place spelling; Jeremiah Viljasana and Elaina
Pena, first in, basketball.and Andrew Ramos, second in softball.
Odem High School student Maria Monreal placed fourth in ready-
writing and second in softball.
THUHS
Some of the members of the Sinton High School class of 1986,
and their children, met Saturday for a swimming and ham-
burger party with Kyle Burnett of Lathrop, California as host.
The party was held at the country home of Leonard and Mary
Burnett. Attending were, back from left to right,-Mac Eden,
Troy Rozypal, Kyle Burnett and Sean Curry and front row,
Michele Lokey Taylor, Carrie Littleton Curry, Lauria Franklin
Kelley and Kristey Bosworth Tannehill. Also attending was
