Man reports robbery
A 55-year-old man told po-
lice he recently was robbed of
$800 by three men wearing
black hoodies, black face masks
and sunglasses.
According to pobce, the man
said he was walking between
stores along the 2200 block of
South Interstate 35E between 5
and 6 p.m. Friday when the rob-
bery occurred.
The men told the victim to
give them his money, said Offi-
cer Ryan Grelle, a Denton pobce
spokesman.
One of the suspects had a pis-
tol and cocked the hammer
back, police said. Another sus-
665 service and officer-initiated
calls. Pobce posted 31 reports on-
line from 7 a.m. Sunday to 7 a.m.
Monday.

sponded to 58 medical calls, one
brush fire, one cooking fire, one
electrical issue, one stalled eleva-
tor, eight vehicle crashes, one
passenger vehicle fire and one
water leak.

Sunday, a 47-year-old man re-
ported he had been assaulted.
His property was stolen in
the process of the assault, re-
ports state. The type of property
taken was not specified.
Police could not locate any
suspects upon arrival.
