The annual board meeting of The Old Settlers Association of Grayson
County, Inc. was held on the above date at 4.00 P.M. in the Officer's
Room of the M and that because of circumstances surrounding the
ownership of real estate and because of certain tax situations, we
respectfully decline the offer. That motion was seconded by Judge
R.C, Vaughan and carried unanimously.
Meeting adjourned at 5.00 P.M. F.A. Brooks, Secy=Tr. O.S.A.
