You Should Not Feel
Discouraged.
So many people troubled with indi-
gestion and constipation have been
beneiitted by taking Chamberlain’s
Tablets that no one should feel dis-
couraged who has not given them a
trial. They contain no pepsin or
other digestive ferments, but strength-
en the stomach and enable it to per-
form its functions naturally. Obtain-
able everywhere.. (Adv.)
No election was held in Shiner
last Saturday, but the saloons
were law abiding and kept tightly
closed. So far we have heard of
no ODe getting snake bit.
Splendid For Rheumatism
•‘I think Chamberlain’s Liniment is
just splendid for rheumatismwrites
Mrs. Dunburgh. Eldvidge. N. Y. “It
has been used by myself and other
members of my family time and time
again during the past six years and
has always given the best of satisfac-
tion. The quick relief from pain which
Chamberlain's Liniment affords is
alone worth many times the cost. Ob-
tainable everywhere. (Adv.)
The Senior Class of 1915 com-
menced rehearsals of their class
play this week. Mrs. .Ella E.
Lane has been engaged to coach
same. The play selected is a
college comedy in two acts, en-
titled “My Cousin Timmy.”

THE NEW BAKERY
The Auto Oiled Windmill
with duplicate gears running in oil. Two quarts of oil in the
gear case of this auto-oiled windmill will keep the gears and
every bearing flooded with oil for a year or more. The gal-
vanized steel helmet covers the gears, keeps out rain, keeps
out dust, but keeps in oil. The mill needs oiling but once a
year. There is a windmili, known the world over, as, “Tee
windmill which runs when all others stand still.” This new
windmill with gears and bearings flooded with oil, runs in
much less wind than that well known windmill.

LIY-VER-LAX
All the Effectiveness, Not
the Effect of Calomel.
Liv-Ver-Lax Is one cf the most im-
portant medical discoveries of recent
years, f or a long time medical ex-
perts, realizing- the harmful effects of
calomel, have been striving to find a
liver cleanser that would be just as
effective as calomel, and yet be abso-
lutely harmless in its action. Recently
this■ remedy was actually put forth by
L. K. Grigsby, in his Liv-Ver-Lax.
Liv-Ver-Lax is a harmless vege-
table compound, designed solely for
the treatment of liver complaints. Tne
immediate favor it has met with in.
thousands of homes is proof positive
of its real value.
If you feel worn out, tongue coated,
and skin sallow, don’t delay until it
becomes dangerous, nip the trouble in
the bud with Liv-Ver-Lax. Insist on
the genuine, bearing the signature and
likeness of L. K. Grigsby, which is
guaranteed to give satisfaction or
money refunded, For sale by Shiner
Drug Company.
Messrs. A. B. Jungbeeker and
Victor Wolters served three days

General is not as spry as of old,
but he is still able to hold his own.
