THANK YOU
The family of Patricia Dirkey would like to express our heartfelt
gratitude and appreciation for the many acts of kindness during
the loss of our beloved wife and mother. God has comforted us
through the cards, calls and visits from friends and neighbors. We
would like to thank those who sent flowers, each one was special
because of the thoughts of love and concern that were in the minds
of friends and family that sent them. Words are so insufficient at
a time like this, to he blessed by so many dear friends that have
been willing to give of themselves to comfort and encourage us.
Thank you to Hoard Church for the loving hearts and hands that
prepared the food for the family. May the Lord bless vou as much
as all of you have been a blessing to us, and not only (or the food,
but for your love for Pat through the years. You were so precious
to her and to us. We would like to say a special thank you to Wade
Pyburn for all his help and friendship; Frank Hall and staff at
Hall and Sons Funeral Home for their sympathy and support;
Comanche EMS; and staff of Comanche Hospital. Because we
have lived our lives here in Comanche, these businesses are more
than just names or places, hut people we have always known.
Special thanks also to the Winn-Dixie meat market and Winn-
Dixie Associates of Brownwood who have gone out of their way to
express their sympathy. Gerald Burns, for helping lift the burden
of our sorrow hv way of having a beautiful service that touched
many hearts and spirits. May God bless each of you. 2 Thess. 1:2

THANK YOU
The staff of Comanche Funeral Home would like to thank
all those who participated in and attended our Christmas
All-Faith Memorial Program. Many of those who attended
our Christmas Memorial Service placed ornaments in
memory of loved ones on our Christmas tree in the funeral
home living room. The tree will remain in our living room
throughout the Christmas Season.
We especially thank the ministers, Rev. Donald Bean,
Rev. James Upshaw, and Rev. Jackie Auvenshine; children’s
choir, pianist Sara Rex; and children’s choir leader, Sarah
Key for making the service meaningful.
We hope that we will all be able to join together again
next year for our annual Christmas Memorial Service to help
each other find comfort and meaning during this time of
remembrance and celebration.
We hope that you and your family find peace this
Christmas.
