Jtistlco Wicr held an Inquest upon the
body of Mrs. Henrietta Hamburg
thirty-llvo years old who was fount'
dead about 10 o'clock yesterday morn-
ing at her residence. From the evi-
dence elided at the inquest it is sup-
posed her death was the result of foul
play as marks and bruises were found
upon her head body and legs. The
leniains were buried to-day at H a. in.
A motion for a relic-Ming in the
celebrated Andrew Walker ease con-
victed of the murder or Green Duller
at Clear Creek in this county in May
1872 was argued in the court of ap-
peals Uycstei day and over-ruled this
evening which finally disposes of the
casuau d .sends Walker lo the peniten-
tiary for lire. His Inst hope of relief
now lies in executive clemency.
John Llewellyn mi old printer who
came to ( Jnlveston a quarter of a cent-
ury ago died this morning and.'will be
burled at 10 a. in. to-morrow. He was
well known and universally esteemed
