Retail Merchants participating in the contest. This promotional pro-
gram will be governed by the following rules.

Each week for 10 consecutive weeks, 10 names will be drawn
entries deposited with the participating merchants and
during the previous week. Tnese 10 names automatically
become eligible for the grand prize drawing at the end of 10
weeks. No others will be eligible unleu they have qualified by
being one of the weekly names drawn.
Drawing is open to anyone 16 years of age or older who sub-
m* mits his name on an official entry blank or reasonable facsimile,
which has been completed ana deposited with participating
merchant or firm.
Each week marb a new contest. To be eligible for that week's
drawing, an official entry blank must be completed and de-
posited with a participating merchant before 9 p m. the Thurs-
day before weekly drawing. All entry blanks will be destroyed
after the week's drawing.
After qualifying for the grand prize finals, entrants automat-
icafly become ineligible for later weekly drawings.
Each entry must be on an official entry blank to ba found in
e -editions of The Baytown Sun or a reasonable facsimile thereof.
6 No purchase is necessary at any of the participating stores to
e to qualify for drawing.
7 Drawing of weekly winners and grand prize winner is up
O' the decision of the judges and their decision will be final.
8 Entry bianb must be completed in full to be eligible and in
e the handwriting of the person whose name appears thereon.
9 No employee of THE BAYTOWN SUN or THE CITIZENS NA-
e TIONAL BANK or their immediate families will be eligible for
prizes in this contest.
