Coffee grounds are messy. No
matter how Carefully you meas-
ure them into the pot* no mat-
ter how cautiously you dispose
of them, a shower of grounds
always manages to land on the
kitchen counter and the floor.
Now there’s a new product
that should eliminate the mess.
It’s a pouch made of filter pap-
er which contains ground cof-
fee pr'e - measured to brew tWo
cups, The pouch is donut-shap-
ed so that it fits over “th? stem
of a regular percolater basket,
To brew more than- two' cups,
as many as four pouches can
be inserted Into large coffee-pot
•’Modem Packaging reports that
in addition to the convenience
of no measuring and easy dis-
posal, the filter, .pouch brews
sediment - free coffee that can
be reheated-
