DONATION -- It was a Lubbock man, Tom Cartlidge
with the Texas Boot Co. who received the first ticket
in Levelland's Holiday Wonderland fund raising
project. The first donation was actually made by Pat
Rogers, back in the summer. Here Eddie Courtney,
chairman of the project accepts a $25 check from
Cartlidge. Carl Reed is chairman of the fund raising
effort which seeks enough money to acquire a Santa
House, six smaller houses, animated figures, a
manager scene, huge Christmas tree, lights and
other Christmas decorations. (Staff Photo)
