Bombs
(Continued from last week)
The Christmas holidays left an
effect that will probably tend to
show on the report cards. We
are glad that the first week is
past and Mr. Chovanetz has re-
ported that the air of celebration
has again been replaced by an
atmosphere of study.
While plans for building the
new school house are being made
we are praying that the old one
will hold up till the time has
come for us to occupy the new
one.
General indications continually
remind us that this is Leap Year
for example, Roxie Buske. spin'
ster, was absent from school
Monday because of practical pur-
poses. We wish her good luck—
Leap years are scarce you know.
Before Christmas the juniors
were talking of buying Mr. Les-
lie a present, but hot air starts a
lot of things that cold cash has
to finish.
Freshman: We are going to
have a norther soon.
Junior- How do you know?
Freshman- Because its on the
Campus already.
