The included documents are a deed of trust and a supplemental mortgage from Texas and Pacific Railway Co. to W. T. Walters and Geo. D. Krumbhaar, an order of the United States Supreme Court from Associate Justice William B. Woods to C. E. Satterlee and George J. Gould, and two petitions brought by the owners of Income and Land Grant Bonds against the Texas and Pacific Railway Company. The two petitions are for the same case numbers but their texts are slightly different. The entire set of documents is on Sayles & Sayles stationary.
