The Popular Manager August
Balfanz Re-elected and the
House to be Enlarged.
The unanimous re-election of
Mr. August Balfanz as manager
of the San Angelo Turn Verein
Opera House was a fully deserved
tribute to that gentleman's popu-
larity and his completely satis-
factory and successful manage
ment of that part of the Veroin's
affairs.
It having long since been re-
alized that tho seating capacity of
tho opera house was entirely too
limited and tho stage room al-
together inadequate to the de
mands made upon it an all
around enlargement was decided
upon and will soon bo carried into
execution.
The intention now is to add to

bly take out tho unsghtly "Buz-

moio elegant and commodious
gallery for tho "gods" raise tho
floor giving it a gradual incline
from stone to the front entrance

er changes additions and im-
provements will lie made and
when completed San Angelo will
have a Thespian temple worthy of
its namo and one tliat will accom-
modate all devotees of the art.
All this "looks good to the
Pues" which extends congratu-
lations to the Turn Verein to
Managor Bnlfum and to tho pa
trons ot tho opera house as wen
as to the "gay troubadours" who
will have increased room in which
to do tho "heavy villan"and oth-
er acts.

We live by our blood and on
it. We thrive or starve as
our blood is rich or poor.
There is nothing else to live
on or by.
When strength is full and
spirits high we are being re-
freshed bone muscle and brain
in body and mind with con-
tinual flow of rich blood.
This is health. - "
When weak in low spirits

sleep we are starved ; our blood
is poor; there is little nutri-

Back of the blood is food
to keep the blood rich. When
it fails take Scott's Emulsion
