when will those buildings be built.
In order to realize construction of the
buildings the Congress would have to
authorize a broadscale public works
program which is not in the foresee-
able future—but rather is still in the
realm of miracles.

tration (the government’s housekeep-
ing Department) shows there will be
a new Border Station at Brownsville
and they are working for one at
Eagle Pass. Both of these are con-
sidered urgently needed, but first
they must have approval of the
Bureau of the Budget. Both of these
buildings will be built under tho
Lease-Purchase Act.

use in the case of these two projects
provides for the buildings to be con-
structed on federally owned lands by-
private enterprise and in tuin leased
to the government for periods rang-
ing from 10 to 25 years following

to locate and track stirms pro-
gress as well as make forecasts gen-
erally and aid the shipping industry,
particularly the many small fishing
vessels harbored at Valley ports.
