the local NYA workshop for base-
ball bats ping pong paddles and
other equipment to be used on
the playgrounds. Orders have been
placed for softball equipment and
the recreational program will be
launched next week
These projects arc Jointly spon-
sored by the city commission and
the school board

American Legion has announced
a decoration day program at Ever-
green Cemetery Sunday afternoon,
beginning at 3 o’clock The date
was changed from Thursday to
Sunday afternoon In order to give
more people an opportunity to
