Miss Charlotte Ramsey, of Uvalde,
sang “1 Love You Truly”, accomp-
anied by Miss Barbara Gallman of
Cotulla.
The bride, gowned in a white
dotted swiss dress with basque waist
and bouffant skirt, was given in
marriage by Mr. Ray Ramsey of
Uvalde. Her finger-tip veil was
held in place by a crown of pearls,
and she carried a colonial bouquet of
white carnations.
The bridesmaid, Miss June Ramsey
of Uvalde, was dressed in blue taffeta.
Mr. W. E. Baze served as best man
Messrs. Herman C. Moore and Robert
M. Baldwin, as ushers, all being in
the Border Patrol, stationed at Co-
tulla.
, Following the ceremony, a reception
was held at the home of Dr. and Mrs.
Paul Kennedy. Assisting Mrs. Ken-
nedy, w’ere Mrs. Ray Ramsey and
Misses June and Charlotte Ramsey
of Uvalde.
The couple left for a short honey-
moon in Mexico, the bride wearing a
cinnamon suit with saddle-brown
accessories. Her corsage was a
purple orchid. The young coupl*
will make their home at Bay City,
Texas.
Mrs. Hubbard attended the River-
side Public Schools and completed a
year at Occidental College, Eagle
in music.
Mr. Hubbard is a graduate of the
University of California and received
his M. A. at Texas A & M. He
made many friends while stationed
here in the Border Patrol for several
months.
