rangement created by Mrs.
Jernigan featured a crystal
Madonna, the arrangement
comprising the background
was in a crystal container
with Japanese pine and
Peace roees predominating.
Mrs. Warren Duren's ar-
rangement was assembled
for use on a coffee table. A
lovely blye candle was placed
in a ring of dried plant
material, moat of it native to
Mills County. A few golden
balls were used as accent.
Mrs. Robert McCoy ex-
pressed the Holiday feeling
with an arrangement of
mums and greenery in a
chalice. White china and a
silver wine goblet were also
placed on the table.
Mrs. Keeler gave the
“Carden Tips" for the
month, suggesting to mem-
bers all the tasks that should
be completed this month.
The hostesses for the day,
who served refreshments to
the members, were: Mmes.
Lloyd Laughlin, chairman;
Annie Keeler, Jim Weath-
erby and F. M. Stephens.
The next meeting will be
held December 7, at which
time the members will visit
the rest homes with the door
decorations which they have
made. This is one of the
projects that is carried out
