ORDER OF FIFIP1ELLA:.
There are many policy and organizational problems incumbent to the successful
initiation of our "Order of Fifinella" and the continuation after Dec. 20th
of the WASP Newsletter as an organ for this organization. The members of the
advisory council are analyzing and compiling a charter and policy now. These
are some of the problems: How shall we conduct the election of officers for
the organization and Newsletter and how often shall they be elected? Can
we establih a memorial fund? Can we establish a welfare fund? How often
should the Newsletter be issued, what should it contain in addition to its
current subject matter? Should we request amalgamation with any other
organizations of women pilots? In what other ways can we project ourselves,
our training and energy into the future?
Your Staff and Council value and will take action on valid analyses arl
opinions of WASP. Write to us informing us of your conclusions and judgements.
