Clinic & Hospital in Ooldth-
waite, Monday, February 10,
1909 He was a 50 year member
of the Masonic Lodge and the
Order of the Eastern Star. He
was a retired Santa Fe em-
ployee and Ooldthwaite had al-
ways been considered his home.
On February 9, 1913, he was
married to Miss Sadie Stephan
in Ooldthwaite.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs.
Sadie Bums of Ooldthwaite:
one son, James O. Burns of
Harlingen; one daughter, Mrs.
Evelyn Hightower of New

R. Mitchell of Ooldthwaite;
three daughters, Mrs. Walton
(Edith) Daniel of Ooldthwaite;
Mrs. B. O. (Alberta) Pirkle of
Orand Prairie, and Mrs. Tom
(Jeane) Faulkenberry of Fort
Stockton; one son, Raymond E.
Mitchell of Austin; ten grand-
children and one great-grand-
child; one brother, Walter Ad-
ams of Oustine; five sisters,
Mrs. Ott Miller. Stephenville,
Mrs. Caudy Dempsey of Ranger,'
