wtih the result that Salem came out
victorious in volley ball, while in in-
door baseball a defeat was sustained
by the narrow margin of 4.tp, 6. On
the following day Pleasant Hill played
Salem at the latter's grounds. Salem
was again victorious in volley ball.
The score in indoor baseball was 11
to 10 in favor of Pleasant Hill. Both
schools, Wesley and Pleasant Hill,
displayed an excellent type of sports-
manship throughout the games.

1 he nice weather made the pupils
feel like going to another school and
play some game with them. Wednes-
day, Feb. 19, Mr. Krause, with our
boys, went to Berlin to play indoor
baseball. The game ended with scores
of 21 to IS in favor of our boys. We
are now looking forward for them to
give us a return game real soon.
Ihursday, Feb. 20, the teachers took
the boys and girls to Boundary to play
volleyball. The girls" played three
games while the boys playedrwo. Our
girls won one game while Boundary
won the other two. Our boys were
cheerful losers in both games they
played. Although we weror not vic-
torious, we will gladly play with them
again whenever they feel like it.
