April 17 is the dead-
line for Coleman County
students to submit schol-
arship applications. The
Cattlewomen will partic-
ipate in Ag Day during
April. The primary pur-
pose of the Circle C
Cattlewomen is to pro-
mote agriculture and
scholarship.
Regular meetings are
held the second Tuesday
of each month at the
Miller Building in
Coleman. Those inter-
ested in promoting agri-
culture through informa-
tion and publicity are
encouraged to attend
meetings and join the
local Circle C group.
The next meeting will
be held on Tuesday,
April 11,2017.

Circle C Cattlewomen
attend special dinner date
The Circle C
Cattlewomen of
Coleman, spouses, and
guests attended a special
dinner date in Abilene.
The dinner was held on
Wednesday night, March
22.
Circle C member,
Amanda O’Connor and
her husband, Terry, pre-
pared a delicious four-
course meal with
delightful wine and bev-
erage pairings at the
Cypress Street Station in
Abilene, TX. In support
of their purpose to pro-
mote beef, the
course was a
mignon seared
cooked to order.
Cattlewomen
presented
checks to thirteen beef
exhibitors at the 2017
