Mrs. Janey Stand and

and Mrs. Mike Meyers and
Kristie at Friona on Mon-
day. Kristie has been a
. patient in the hospital for
days. They also visited
the Melvin Kalkas in Here-
ford.

Ladies To Host
Program April 27
The ladies of the Church
of Christ in Skellytown
will be the hosts at a
special ladies day program
on April 27, at the Ma-
sonic Lodge Building from
9:00 to 11:00 a. m.
Guest speakers will be
Mesdames Ralph Need-
hardt and Loran Harper
of Amarillo. The theme
will be "God's Woman in
Everyday Living" with
Mrs. Needhardt speaking
on "God's Formula for
Genuine Happiness" and
Mrs. Harner will be speak-
'ing on "Joy."

Honored On Birthday
Mr. and" Kirs. Ted
McKissick honored their
youngest son Jeff on the
occasion of his third birth-
day at their home in
Skellytown.
Refreshments consisted
of a Bugs Bunny cake,
kool-aid and ice-cream.
Games were played by

McClendon of Stinnett;
Michael, Andy and Rodney
Killough, Pampa; Mr.
and Mrs. P. M. Cousins,

Services Held For Cousin
Funeral services were
held in Deport, Texas,
Tuesday, April 10 for
Jess Stalls, 74, cousin of
Russell McConnell. Mr.
Stalls was a resident of
Pampa for five years and
was employed as a druggist
in the Combs-Worley
Building.
Attend Dinner Theatre
Mr. and Mrs. Jim Dalton
and Mr. and Mrs. Bill
Ellerbrook of Clarendon
attended the Country
Squire Dinner Theatre in
Amarillo over the Easter
weekend. Mrs. Ellerbrook
will be remembered as
the former Betsy Hawkins.
