we hear of a few who have

however those who have planted

The health of our comunity is
good with the exception of a

Prevalency of Kidney Disease.
Most people do not realize the alarm-
ing increase and remarkable prevalency
of kidney disease.
While kidney dis-
orders are the
most common
diseases that pre-
vail, they are
almost the last
recognized by
patient and phy-
sicians, who con-
tent themeelves
with doctoring the effects, while the orig-
inal disease undermines the system.
What To Do.
There is comfort in the knowledge so
often expressed, that Dr. Kilmer’s
Swamp-Root, the great kidney remedy,
fulfills every wish in curin >• rheumatism,
pain in the back, kidneys, liver, bladder
and every part of the urinary passage.
It corrects inability to hold water
and scalding pain in passing it, or bad
effects following use of liquor, wine or
bee-, and overcomes that unpleasant ne-
ce ity of being compelled to go often
jk ig the day, and to get up many
y ; during the night. The mild and
traordinary effect of Swamp-Root
is.„v.--n realized. It stands the highest
for its wonderful cures of the most dis-
tressing cases. If you need a medicine
you should have the best. Sold by drug-
gists in fifty-cent and one-dollar sizes.
You may have a sample bottle and a
book that tells -all
about it, both sent free
by mail. Address Dr.
Kilmer & Co., Bing-
hamton, N. Y. When Home of Swamp-Root,
writing mention this paper and don’t
make any mistake, but remember the
name. Dr. Kilmer’s Swamp-Root, and

To
To Whom it May Concern:
Of late there has been a good
deal of discussion in Ballinger in
regard to advertised medicines
and tneir value—the papers are ‘
full of them.
We want to say to every man, J
woman and child in Ballinger in
regard to advertised medicines
and their value—the papers are
full of them. We want to say to,
every man, woman and child in ! Mi
Ballinger that we believe the
most valuable preparation of cod j
liver oil—the best tonic recon- .
structor, health restorer and I
strength creator—wTe have ever
sold in our store is Vinol.
Vino! is not a patent medicine,
it contains no injurious drugs,
but it actually does contain all of
the medicinal, curative elements
taken from fresh cods livers,
witjiout a drop of the useless oil
to upset the stomach and retard
its work, and tonic iron added.
Vinol is recognized throughout
the world as the greatest
strength creator for old people,
weak, sickly women and children,
nursing mothers, and after a
severe sickness.
Vinol cures hacking coughs,
chronic colds bronchitis, and all
throat and lung troubles. We
ask the people of Ballinger to
try Vinol on our offer to return
money if it fails.
Lovers.
of good health should prevent
sickness instead of letting them-
selves get sick and then try to
cure it. So long as you keep
your liver, bowels and stomach
in a healthy and active condition
you won’t get sick. Ballard’s
Herbine relieves constipation, in-
active liver and all stomach
bowel troubles.
