FFA Happenings

Yoakum FFA held its first meeting on Sept. 8, 2003 at the Yoa-
kum High Ag Shop at 7:30 p.m. Annie Vinklarek, president, called
the meeting to order Reese Hagan, vice president, called the role
of officers to determine if all officers were at their station. Hotdogs
were served to all attendees.
Vinklarek introduces the stock show rules for the 2003-2004
school year.
Amy Simecek, treasurer, gave the treasurer report and Courtney
Wenzel, sentinel, talked about the upcoming events The meeting
was then adjourned.
We would like to thank the booster club for providing the meal.
We will have our next meeting for all F FA and Jr. FFA members on
Oct. 6 at 7:30 p.m. in the High School Cafeteria.
