Then park and go inside, the
library. Browse the shelves for no
more than 10 minutes. Approach the
circulation desk to check something
out.

HIGHLANDS—A recep-
tion honoring a Beefeater
from the Yeomen Warders at
the Tower of London was
held Tuesday afternoon at the
Mountbatten House.
Eighteen residents at the
facility welcomed Beefeater
Raymond Bruce and his wife
Maijorie Bruce who
answered questions and dis-
cussed the Tower of London’s
history.
Maijorie Bruce said this
was their first time abroad.
“We are here to mingle and
chat with people,” she said.
Marjorie also looks after the
crown jewel of London.
The Bruce family lives in a
500-year-old home at the
Tower of London. the tower consists of security
Raymond Bruce said his duties, interpretation of the
navy blue and red uniform is Tower’s history and guided
