Nelda would like to let all the
students she has had the privi-
lege to teach in the last 10
months know how much she
enjoyed teaching the classes at
the Community Center. "It has
been both an honor and a privi-
lege.” “The people of Stamford
and the surrounding areas have
been very loyal and very active
in attending the classes.” This
month the Community Training
Center will find out if they will
receive a grant that Nelda wrote

offer both software and instruc-
tors for students having trouble
with the TAKS testing. “I en-
courage all schools to take ad-
vantage of this tremendous op-
portunity offered to them
through the Community Train-
ing Center.”
Nelda would also like to thank
all the businesses and people of
the Big Country area that were
instrumental in helping her to
populate the website. This is
such an incredible and unique
service that the Stamford Com-
munity Network is offering and
I do hope that in the future more
businesses will take advantage
of the website potential.
Nelda is planning on staying
in Stamford. She has always
said and still believes Stamford
is one of the best places to live
in Texas. She has started sell-
ing on eBay and is looking for-
ward to opening an eBay store.
She will still be available to build
websites and training on a one
on one basis. Nelda is thinking
about offering other services.
