joy the spring party even more.
Carol Hickman brought her

played for us.

led the singing)
This is always such a fun
time for us all. Especially see-
ing our friends. I would like to

Friday is Movie Day and we
eat popcorn. We watched the
movie “Apple Dumpling
Gang”. 1 don’t know who
laughed the most Lawrence
Pearson or Mattie Braswell.
I would like to extend our
deepest sympathy to Carol
Reynolds to the loss of her
father Alvin Hinze. Carol and
her husband Vance are so kind
to us here at Teakwood.
; The recent showers should
help green the pastures and
majie the fields ready for
planting. You can tell that
spring is close. It ’ s f un io watch
the: young calves, lambs and
kills at play. Just like humans,
sheep and goat parents act to
ensure that then offspring play
with others their own age.
Parents threaten or attack older
animals who attempt to play
w i th their youngsters and you
thought your parents were
strict!
Reverend Clement and
Margaret Richards from La
Grange visited with relatives
this past week. The couple
observed their 44 Wedding
Anniversary on March 24,
while they were here.

from extensive major surgery

T exas, 77429. He appreciates
all the prayers and well wishes
that he has received. He still
has a long recovery time ahead
of him.
Also in our prayers is V ickie
Wilson, daughter of Peggy
Ekdahl, as she bravely faces
her own batde with illness.
April Gibbs, Kyle Gibbs,
V ance and Carol Reynolds, and
Elsie Hinze visited, Diane and
Larry Kauffman of Mineral
Wells, Sunday. Also present
were Ned and Dora While, and
Gerald Chipps, his friend
Tammy and her two children
also of Mineral Wells.
Everyone enjoyed lunch and
visiting at the Kauffman home.
Two year old Kyle Gibbs of
Chesapeake, VA., has been
enjoying life on the farm al his
grandparents Vance and Carol
Reynolds and his' great
grandmother, Elsie Hinze.
Kyle has enjoyed feeding the

on great grandmothers farm,
and a bobcat enter the pasture
of McLemore ’ s on county road
