NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT
BLUE ORIGIN WEST TEXAS COMMERCIAL SPACE LAUNCH SITE
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has prepared an Environmental Assessment
(EA) assessing the issuance of licenses and/or permits to Blue Origin for its proposal to
develop and operate a private commercial space launch site in Culberson County, Texas.
1 he Draft EA evaluates potential impacts to the environment from the proposed
construction and operating activities. The document is available fordownload at:

County Library at 410 Crockett Street, Van Hom, Texas, 79855. A public bearing will
be held on Tuesday, July 25, 2006 at 6:30 PM at the Van Hom Texas Convention Center,
1801 \\ cst Broadway, Van Horn, Texas 79855. An informal poster session will start at
6:30 PM followed by a formal FAA presentation at 7:00 PM. After the presentation,
there will he a public statement period during which members of the public may provide
Oial statements lasting up to three minutes. The FAA also will accept written comments
at the public hearing. If an individual requires a Spanish language translator at the public

HOUSING RECONSTRUCTION (REPLACEMENT) PROGRAM
The City of Dell City HOME Program Fund provides help to eligible homeowners
within the Dell City city limits for home reconstruction (replacement). A program
information sheet is available from Dell City City Hall. Applications will be taken July
26, at 10:00 AM at Del City City HaH, 102 S. Dodson. Applications will only be taken
this one-day unless there is further notice. Please bring the fallowing.
