In a letter written from College
Station, to J. J. Frnka, Prof. J.
L. Thomas of the U. S. Agricult-
ural Department, Bureau of Ani-
mal Indurtry says:
“I am to have a poultry speci-
alist with me a few days, to give
some lectures on the care and
handling of eggs. We will be in
New Ulm on the 11th of January,
1912, and I would very much like
to see a good crowd of farmers
out for this meeting. Mr. Opper-
man, the man who will be with
me, has had much experience in
the marketing of eggs, and his
talk will be very valuable.”
In view of New Ulm’s import-
ance as an egg market, The En-
terprise suggests that all produ-
cers and buyers in this district
come to the meeting--Thursday,
January 11th, 1912.
