Chicken Macaroni Salad
1 tablespoon salt ‘ - - -
3 quarts boiling water
4 ounces elbow macaroni
• 2 cups diced cooked chicken
I cup coarsly chopped apples
1 cup diced celery ■
3-4 cup chopped nuts
1-2 cup diced sweet picklC
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1-3 cup mayonnaise or salad
dressing ’ .
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1-8 teaspoon pepper

Add 1 tablespoon salt to active-
ly boiling water. Gradually , tdd

til macaroni is tender (about
minutes). Drain and rinse with
