NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed lump sum bids, addressed to the Ar-
chitect:

ASSOCIATES, INC.

Houston, Texas 77056
will be received until 2:00 PM, Wednesday,
14th September, 1983 for the FURNIHSING AND
INSTALLATION OF DETENTION EQUIPT-
MENT inn the LIBERTY COUNTY JAIL AD-
DITION AND RENOVATION, to be constructed
in Liberty, Texas.
Bids will be opened, analyzed, and the suc-
cessful bidder’s price will be given to the
General Contractors for inclusion in their bids;
and shall become apart of General Contract.
Prosals on detention equipment are to bed
submitted on the Proposal Form provided by the
Architect and MUST be accompanied by a
completed Proven Equiptment Certificate and
all required attachments as described therein.
Proposals shall be accompanied by a
Cashier's or certified check or bidder’s bond
payable to the order of the Owner, in an amount
not less than 5% of the bid amount.
Plans and Specifications for the project are
available in the office in the office of the Ar-
chitect-telephone: 713-621-2930, and may be
£ obtained by depositing a check in the amount of
$100 for one set with the Architect The amount ot
deposit will be refunded to each Detention
Equipment Contractor who submits a bid and
who returns said documents in good condition
within ten (10) days after opening of bids. All
sets of returned documents, including addenda
issued during the bidding period, must be
complete, fully assembled in proper order, and
in good condition. Checks shall be made payable
to CHRISTOPHER DI STEFANO &
ASSOCIATES, INC.
All bids, whether mailed or delivered, must be
in the hands of the Architect no later than the
above specified time for said project. All bids
shall sealed and marked outside of en-
velope: BIO SUBMITTED FOR DETENTION
EQUIPMENT FOR THE IJBERTY COUNTY
JAIL ADDITION AND RENOVATION.
No bid shall be withdrawn for thirty (30) days
after the opening of GENERAL CONTRACTOR
