NEW JURY. WHEEL FILLED —

law passed this year. The wheel was filled
with cards bearing names of registered-voters
Monday with County Clerk Roy Thorn, Sheriff
Woodrow Simmons, Tax Collector Louis John-
son and McDonald present. The wheel looks
very much like a barbecue grill except that it
does have a crank at one end and small hinged
opening from which the cards maybe removed.
The opening is closed with two locks with the
