The candy sale sponsored
the Smithvdle school bands
marked as a success. The bands
sold 552 fifty cent bars and 156
dollar boxes of the "World's Fin
est” chocolate candy. From these
sales, the band made a profit of
approximately $200 00.
The bands, as a whole, wish to
thank each and every person who
helped in any way towards the
success of this project. We hope
you enjoyed, are enjoying, and
will continue to enjoy eating this
delicious candy.
If you would like to order ad
ditional bars or boxes of candy,
contact any hand member or Mr.

The annual football banquet
was held November 30 in the gym
Pat Culpepper from the Univer-
sity of Texas was guest speaker.
Everyone enjoyed. the meal,
speeches and entertainment, and
had a very nice time.

some, but they were rewarded with

Everyone has been a little rest
less lately, being as it is between

course. Christmas is approaching.

party, Spanish Club party, soph
