ding anniversary December 22 at
the home of a granddaughter in
Sulphur. Okla. Several Noconans
attended the observance.
They are Mr. and Mrs. Pf,t'1
Mayfield, who are now living with
their granddaughter. Mrs. Roy Me
Cariey and her husband.
Known in Sulohur as “Uncle
Pete and Aunt Mary,” the Mav-
fields had three children, but all
are deceased. They have one other
grandchild. L. W. Price of Lov-
ington. N. M.
Mr. Mayfield is now 88 and his
wife is 81 and is currently con-
fined to bed. During the observ-
ance, a dinner was served to their
guests. It included a wedding cake
with a Christmas arrangement in
candy. It was cut and served at
Mrs. Mayfield’s bedside.
Those attending from here were
Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Cribbs, Mr.
and Mrs. D. W. Holt, Roxy Donley.

a junior girl, She has been a mis-
sionary to Brazil for 25 jears.

at the single ring ceremony, as
the couple stood before an impro-
vised arch entwined with ivy.

Fox and Billy Reynolds.
For her marriage the bride chose
a winter white wool suit with
which she combined blue acces-
sories Her only jewelry was a
blue pin belonging to her grand-
mother Watts.
Miss Fox was attired in a light
blue wool suit.
Assisting in serving at the re-
ception which followed were Miss-
es Noma Fenner, Ann Horton and
Janice Gee. Guests were registered
in the bride’s book, nlaced on a
flower decorated table. White
snapdragons were used in other
arrangements about the room.
Girls in the wedding party wore
white corsages.
The couple are at home at 411
South Front street after a short
honeymoon trip. They plan to con-
tinue their education.
