NOTICE OF RATE CHANGE REQUEST
Fayette Electric Cooperative, Inc., pursuant to the Public
Utility Regulatory Act, Tex. Rev. Civ. Stet, art 1446c, filed
a Statement of Intent to change ita rates with the Public
Utility Commission of Texas (“PUC") and all cities exer
cising original jurisdiction over its rates and tariffs. The
Cooperative proposes to change all of ita rate schedules aad
its service rules and regulations effective December 11,
1992. All classes and customers and all territories of the
Cooperative will be affected by the proposed changes. The
proposed changes if approved will result in an increaae of
$793,453 or 8.12% over the test year revenues of the
Cooperative as adjusted for test year customer growth and
annualization of test year rate increases. Copies of the
proposed changes and supporting testimony and exhibita
detailing the proposed changes may be inspected at the of-
fices of the Cooperative or the PUC. Persons who wish to
intervene or otherwise participate in these proceedings
should notify the PUC as soon as possible. The request to in-
tervene, participate, or for further information, should be
mailed to the PUC at 7800 Shoal Creek Boulevard, Austin,
Texas 78757. Further information may also be obtained by
calling the PUC Consumer Affairs Division at 512/458-0223
or 512/458-0227, or 512/458-0221 teletypewriter for the deaf.
