Mr. and Mrs Robert I^e
Henneke of Columbus had a
celebration to recapture the
joys of their wedding day on
Sunday. November 14, at
the Industry Firemen’s
Hail.
They chose to use the
colors of red and white and
the rose as their flower for
their anniversary, just as
they had for their wedding.
Mrs. Henneke wore a
beige tweed crystal pleated
skirt and a matching blazer
over a white blouse. Taupe
accessories completed her
attire. She had a corsage of
white silk roses, tiny red
flowers and baby's breath
tied with white ribbon. Mr.
Henneke wore a dark brown
suit and had a white silk
rosebud boutonniere tied
with white ribbon and ba-
by’s breath.
The members of the ori-
ginal wedding party, house-
party members, and the
immediate family members
were pinned with corsages
of red silk roses, tiny white
flowers and baby's breath
tied with red and white
ribbon by Mrs. Theo Svec of
LaGrange. Mrs. Louis Wied
of Fayetteville pinned each
guest with a gold wedding
ring tied with red and white
ribbon.
Mrs. Wilbert Palla of La
Grange registered the gu-
ests at a table covered with
a white tablecloth. The tab-
le held a beautiful hand
made white basket, filled
with red silk roses, various
other red flowers, and ba-
by’s breath tied with red
and white bows and center-
ed with a votive candle
holder and candle. The ar-
rangement was a gift from
Mr. and Mrs. Lambert
Brune and girls. The anni-
versary book and a white
plumed pen were also on the
table.
The head dining table was
covered with a white table-
cloth and was centered with
an arrangement of red silk
roses, white honey-suckle
and baby’s breath in a cut
glass container. The tables
at which the original wed-
ding party, immediate fam-
ily and house - party mem-
bers and their spouses dined
were covered in white and
held crystal tube vases with
single red silk roses tied
with red ribbon. After din-
ner these were given to each
member of the house - party
as a remembrance ot this
day. The food table was
covered with a white table-
cloth and was centered with
