Recent Confinement in Major Clinic Hospital
STATEMENT OF DR. JOHN W. MAJOR, M.D.
Mr. Howard T. Middleton was admitted to Major
Clinic Hospital on 9-22-64 for treatment of a right
direct inguinal hernia. On 9-23-64 a right inguinal
herniorrhaphy was done and he was dismissed
from the hospital on 9-2'8-64. He was not treated
for any other reason while confined in this hospital.

parliamentary procedure, gar-

Extension Agents will give pro-
grams on show preparation, 4-H j
demonstrations, and 4-H record
books.

Pellham Park in Bowie, Sunday
Oct. 11, honoring her on her
89th birthday.
A basket lunch was served at
noon to approximately 60 guests
including her children. They
are Mrs. Grady Murphy of Fort
Worth. Mr. and Mrs. William
Luttrell of Irving. Mr and Mrs.
Elbert Long of Azle, Mr. and
Mrs. Luther Hutson of Fargo,
Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Hutson of
Bowie. One son. Hugh Hutson
of California was hot present.
