B.Biendermann executing and delivering to me his,tne said B.Biendermann*s certain promls-

ory note for the sum of Three Hundred and Fifty($350.00)Dollars,bearing even datehere-
with,due on demand in installments of Flfty($50.00)Doilars on the 11th days of each and
every month of September,and March,commencing with the llth.day of September,A.d. 1919,
and continuing thereafter due and payable in installments of Flfty($50.00dollars on the
llth.dayfof every month of September and March of each and every yearhereafter,until the
principal sum of Three Hundred and ^lfty($350.00)Dollars,together with all Interest due
thereon has been paid in full,providing that failure to pay any installment of Fifty
($50.00)Dollars as herein provided,at the option of the holder of said note to mature the
entire note,bearing Interest thereon from date until paid at the rate of Eight(8$)per
centum per annum,interest payable annually,and if interest be not paid when due to be-
come as principal and bear the same rate of Interest,providing that failure to pay any an-
nual installment of interest when due,a^ the option of the holder of said note to mature
the same,providing forTen per cent additional thereon as attorneys fees for collection,
if said note be placed in the hands of an attorney,for collection,after maturity,said
note being signed by B.Biendermann and payable at Austin,Texas,to the order of H.V.Burns,
and secured in its payment by the vendor^ xien on the hereinafter described real pro-
perty; have Granted,*>old and Conveyed,and by these presents do Grant,Sell and Gonvey,
unto the said B.Biendermann of the County of Travis State of Texas,all those certain
lots,tracts or parcels of land situated and being in the County of Travis and the *tate
of Texas,and more particularly described as follows; Lots Nos. Twenty~three(23),Twenty
four(24),Twenty-five(25) Twenty-six(26)Twenty-seven(27),Twenty eight(28),Twenty-nlne(29)
and Thirty(30)all in Block No. Three(3) in Bridgeview Addition in Division ”Eff,City of
Austin,Travis County,Texas,according to the map or plat ofsaid Addition of record in
Plat Book No.l page 88,Travis County Records;and being a part of the same property
bought by H.v.Bums from Nora Brady,et al on the 28th.day of February,A.D* 19x9,as per
warranty deedduly recorded in Book No.^ page of the Deed Records of Travis County,
Texas,to all of which reference is here node for all

to be assumed and paid by the grantee herein,but all taxes
years prior to 1919 including the year 1919 are to be paid by the grantor herein.
It is understood and agreed that the property herein conveyed is not the homestead of
the grantor herein,as the said property consistsof eight(8 )vacant lots ,and has never
heenused,claimedor occupied by the said H.V.Burns,as a homestead.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises,together with all and singular,the
rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto the said B.Biendermann,his
heirs and assigns forever; and I do hereby bind myself,my heirs,executors and adminis-
trators to Warrant and Forever Defend,all and singular the said premises unto the said
B.Biendermann,his heirs and assigns,against every person whomsoever lawh lly claiming,
