Miss Frances Lewis entertained the
Entre Nous Wednesday morning, and
tables were arranged for sixteen pay-
ers. In the score count Miss Ethel
Allen won high, and was presented
with~a hand-embroidered guest towel,
while the guest’s prize wag given to
Miss Myrtle Terrell of Austin, at pres-
ent with Miss Lewis. Dainty re-
freshments of a fruit salad and ice
course were served with angel’s food
cake and sandwiches to the following
members: Misses Claude Bell, Ethel
Allen, Avella Turner, Gertrude Mc-
Reynolds, Sybil Wooly, Emmabelle
Lipscomb, Eula Bates and Grace Bey-
ett; Mesdames Olin Graham and Paul
Bird; the* guests. Misses Pauline and
Inez Davis of Terrell, Myrtle Terrell
of Austin, Hazel McGinnis of Terrell,
and Mrs. Lee Poole.
The eight-day Chautauqua will be
opened Thursday night -with a big

local directors are expecting a big
crowd of the little folks to be present
for the couple of hours of delightful
