Pullis Leaves Pool
Job To Get Back To
Prepare For School
With the opening of schools
only a little more than a week
away. North Ward Principal R.
M. Pullis Tuesday resigned his
extra-curricular post as swimming
pool supervisor to get back to
his desk at North Wartl.
“There is just so much work
to be done before school opens
that I could not get done by
spending so much time at the
pool,” Pullis said in turning over
the pool post.
The new supervisor is Jay
Thompson, new North Ward tea-
cher, who will serve until the pool
closes' probably in 10 days.
