wrestling with a score of 26-8, and

the 118 pound class with a forfeit.
La Point could not make weight,
even with considerable assistance
of various coaches, trainers and
fellow wrestlers. The next match
went to the TEXAS. Moody, fight-
ing his first match, took a decision
from Frank of the West Virginia.
Points awarded were as follows:
Moody got around and behind
Frank and brought him to the mat
for five points. He remained top
for about two minutes, then Frank
broke away and came around be-
hind for five. At this point the
score was five up. After about
thirty seconds Moody broke away
and came to his feet for three,
making him three up on Frank.
Moody left himself open, and Frank
brought Moody to the mat for
five more. Frank was able to ride
within twenty seconds of the end
of the match, at which time Moody

extent for building up the Ameri-
